Forno era coisa que n\u00e3o t\u00ednhamos c\u00e1 em casa. Foi ficando sempre para o fim da lista e na realidade adi\u00e1vamos deliberadamente a sua compra porque sab\u00edamos que da\u00ed advinha mais calorias, mais gulodices, mais energia el\u00e9ctrica gasta, mais de tudo que n\u00e3o faz falta. Mas a verdade \u00e9 que um forno tamb\u00e9m pode fazer as alegrias de uma fam\u00edlia com os assadinhos domingueiros, as massas gratinadas e.. bolos!! Caseiros. Bons.<\/p>\n

Estre\u00e1mos com uma simples receita de bolo de cacau. E eu, a rainha de tudo menos dos bolos, fui quem o fez!<\/p>\n

A receita (vinda algures da net…):<\/p>\n

2 ovos; 1 copo de a\u00e7\u00facar; 1\/2 copo de \u00f3leo; 1\/2 copo de leite; 1 copo de farinha; 1\/2 de cacau; 1 colher de sobremesa de fermento; uma pitada de sal.<\/p>\n

Bater os ovos com o a\u00e7\u00facar. Juntar o \u00f3leo e o leite e mexer. Misturar devagar a farinha, o cacau, o fermento e o sal.\u00a0Vai ao forno a 170\u00ba durante uns 40 minutos. Polvilhar com a\u00e7\u00facar em p\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Acompanh\u00e1mos com uma cevada quentinha (t\u00edpico c\u00e1 de casa).<\/p>\n

Cocoa yamy!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Oven was something we hadn\u00b4t here at home. Was always getting to the bottom of the list and in fact we deliberately delay its purchase because we knew that with it more calories , more goodies , more electrical energy spent, more of unnecessary would come. But the truth is that an oven can also make the joys of a family with their Sunday roasts, the gratin pasta and cakes .. ! Homemade. Delicious.<\/em><\/p>\n

We started with a simple recipe of cocoa cake. And I , the queen of everything but the cakes , did it !<\/em><\/p>\n

The recipe (from somewhere in net) :<\/em><\/p>\n

2 eggs ; 1 cup sugar ; 1\/2 cup oil ; 1\/2 cup milk; 1 cup of flour ; 1\/2 cocoa ; 1 teaspoon of baking powder ; a pinch of salt .<\/em><\/p>\n

Beat the eggs with the sugar . Add the oil and milk and stir. Slowly mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt . Goes in the oven at 170 \u00ba for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar .<\/em><\/p>\n

We followed with a warm barley (typical house here ) .<\/em><\/p>\n
